My twin granddaughters, 5 months old now (but adjusted to 3 since they were born prematurely), is the most attentive audience I have ever had. They are staring at me with starry-eyed admiration and even forget to blink I have already exhausted my considerable arsenal of Russian poetry I know by heart, the English-language stories I wrote for them and now am reading them the commercial baby books. I found the latter patronizing. One author used a classic strawman argument as the foundation for his book, but the kids loved it anyway. They would be equally interested in The Congressional Documents collection consisting of House Documents, Senate Documents, and Senate Treaty Documents that can include reports of executive departments and agencies, as well as committee prints that were ordered to be printed as documents, as long as it were me who read it to them.
